The brides often ask,
how should I estimate the number of invited guest and the number of actual guests?
My general formula for my clients is that you can safely expect about 24-29% of your guests are unable to attend your wedding if you have around 250 guests.
However, if you have less than 250 guests, then the percentage of guests who can’t attend your wedding would drop to 14-19% or less.
Of course there are other factors such as commuting distances, day of the week, time etc. But you can use the above as a general idea.
